By downloading, installing, or using Pulse ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Pulse is a time tracking application that allows you to track tasks, view insights, and manage goals. The App is provided by Aldero ("we", "us").
You may use Pulse without creating an account. If you sign in for cloud sync, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

You retain ownership of all data you create in Pulse. You can export your data at any time via CSV. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
We strive to keep Pulse available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
Pulse is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aldero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to cloud sync services if you violate these terms. Your local data will remain on your device regardless.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
